Hi, my name is Shelley owner of Just Talk and Author of Through Her Eyes published under Victoria Henry. I am so thrilled to share my blogs with you! I am a wife, mama of three kiddos, and an ER nurse. I also recently started a business with Bravenly to support others' health & wellness through nootropic pathways!  Needless to say, I understand BUSY and finding time to care for your mental/physical health!
